Managing Director and COO of EnTX Tekmar

Mr. Wassell is the Managing Director and COO of EnTX Tekmar, LLC. Charles “Chick” Wassell has had a distinguished career as an engineer, lawyer and executive. He has been a senior partner of several major law firms, including Greenberg Traurig in Washington, D.C., where he was responsible for their international finance practice. Chick served as Vice President-Risk Management for PLM, one of the largest global ship, drilling rig, and aircraft leasing companies in North America. He worked for the United States Maritime Administration (MARAD) in Washington, DC, and supervised ship construction at Avondale Shipyards in New Orleans. After graduating from Georgetown Law School, Chick joined the firm of Haight, Gardner, Poor and Havens (now Holland & Knight), where he specialized in maritime law.
